- Windows NT;
- Novell NetWare 4;
- Arcserve IT;
- MS Exchange;
- McAfree VirusScan;
- Norton PC Anywhere;
- MS Office 97 & Outlook 98;
- VPNs;
- Availability for occasional travel.
