ENGENHEIRO DE PROCESSO
Perfil:
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em indústria automotiva ou metalúrgica e experiência em planejamento e desenvolvimento de novos produtos. Bons conhecimentos de lay-out, ferramentas, meios de medição e processo produtivo, supervisão de try-out da máquina, acompanhamento PPAP, processos de usinagem, normas da qualidade, e domínio em programação de máquinas CNC, entre outras atividades.
Requisitos:
- Formação em Engenharia Mecânica, inglês fluente.

SENIOR BUYER
Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years purchasing experience in the segments of Metallurgy (ferrous and aluminum), Auto Parts and Automotive OEM`s. Experienced in contracts. Experienced ein identification, evaluation and develoment of suppliers. Able to display results in cost reductions. Experiencede in value-analysis projects. Broad view and knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- College degree in Business or Engineering. Graduate courses in finance or project management desired. Fluent English. Intermediate Spanish desired.

PRODUCT ENGINEER
Profile:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Engineer in the segments os Auto Parts or Automotive OEM´s. Experienced with the tools DFMEA, APQP, CAD, UG, Ideas, MS Office applications, Robust Engineering; knowledge of Six Sigma desired. Able to display results in cost reductions. Experienced in value-analysis projects. Broad view and knowledge of the manufacturing environment. Presentation skills.
Requirements:
- College degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. Fluent English.

METALLURGICAL ENGINEER
Profile:
- Minimum of 15 years in the area of mettallurgy (ferrous an aluminum) pressently occupying positions such as manager or supervisor or quality or engineering. Experienced in the norms ISO, TS, QS as well as with tools such as FMEA, CEP, DOE, DAF an others. Mechanical and chemical analysis of materials. Procedures and practices for in-plant processes and controls. Support for new processes. Supllier assessment (steel, forged, foundry supplies, machined). Cost savings. Problem-solving in manufacture, knowledge of heat treatment by induction or cementing will be a plus, as well as knowledge of organic materials, shot-peenig. (stress relief process) and coating processes.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Metallurgy of Metallurgical engineering. Graduate courses in industrial management desider. Fluent English.
